Find My Pack – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using the Find My Pack website and services (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Find My Pack and Furr Finder are community-specific versions of the same Service. Your account may be used on either website, and these Terms and Conditions apply to both.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Purpose of the Service

Find My Pack provides a platform that allows community members to:

• View and create event listings.
• Offer or request transport to events.
• Communicate with other members about transport arrangements.

Find My Pack acts solely as a platform and is not a transport provider, travel agent or event organiser.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and using the Service.

Find My Pack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Travel and Personal Safety

Any arrangement made between users is entirely at the users' own risk.

Find My Pack does not verify the identity, background, driving ability, insurance status, vehicle condition or suitability of any user.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own checks and taking appropriate precautions before meeting another member, accepting or offering a lift, or attending an event.

Recommended precautions include:

• Meeting in a public place where practical.
• Informing a trusted person of your plans.
• Verifying the identity of the person you are meeting.
• Ensuring appropriate insurance and legal requirements are met.

Find My Pack accepts no responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, conduct, safety or behaviour of any user.

6. Events

Events listed on the Service may be created by users.

Find My Pack does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, suitability, safety or availability of any listed event.

Users attend events entirely at their own risk.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Find My Pack respects your privacy.

Personal information provided to Find My Pack will be used only for operating and administering the Service.

Find My Pack does not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Account Suspension and Termination
